Montessori, Elementary (Montessori Diploma/MA Degree, MONE)

In Milwaukee, the Montessori Institute of Milwaukee (MIM) is the only authorized agency for providing the AMI Montessori training to become Montessori licensed teachers.  Alverno’s partnership with MIM meets requirements necessary for the Montessori diploma as well as a Master of Arts in Education degree. This program prepares students to serve in Montessori schools, both public and private, at the elementary Montessori level.
