Alverno's Credit for Prior Learning Program helps students save money and shorten their time to graduation by not having to take some introductory courses. Students also can earn credits based on knowledge gained outside the classroom. To earn credits, students must demonstrate their knowledge by successfully completing faculty-designed assessments. Students seeking credits for prior learning must be enrolled at Alverno.
